For independent providers
Independent Providers: Work With Us
Concrete-cutting providers can call to discuss whether future Penrith-area customer enquiries may fit their services and current capacity.
Who this is for
This page is for established independent providers offering relevant concrete cutting, core drilling, sawing, scanning or removal services. It is not an employment advertisement and does not promise a volume of enquiries.
The initial call should cover the provider's genuine service scope, geographic capacity, current public identity and how customer enquiries would be handled.
Capability & review
Information considered before an arrangement
| Capability | What is reviewed |
|---|---|
| Service scope | Concrete cutting, core drilling, sawing, scanning or removal actually offered |
| Geographic capacity | Areas and job types currently accepted around Penrith |
| Public identity | Legal and trading name, website, Google Business Profile and current rating |
| Credentials | Relevant licences, competencies and insurance for the work considered |
| Safety systems | SWMS, inductions and site-safety process |
| Customer handling | Call response, quoting and customer communication process |
A provider's rating should be checked at the time of matching. No licence, certification, review or project will be displayed as belonging to this website.
Any review should be proportionate to the proposed work and based on current evidence, not borrowed claims.

The provider remains responsible for its work
The provider decides whether to accept each enquiry and contracts with the customer directly. It confirms scope, price, terms, safety and site requirements and issues the customer invoice.
Provider-interest calls are recorded separately from customer-service and support calls so performance reporting is not distorted.
Prepare for the provider call
Be ready to state the legal and trading identity, website and public profile, service methods, equipment limits, preferred job types, service area, availability process and the person authorised to discuss a commercial arrangement.
Do not send customer information or confidential documents before a legitimate need and secure process are established.
